Fadness Realty was founded in 1975 by Elt & Peggy Fadness.  The company was incorporated in 1980.  Jim & Lynn Wilcox purchased the company in 1998.  Residential real estate has been the primary focus of the company from the beginning. 

Brokers pursue education that prepares them to give the most professional service available in the industry.  6 of 7 full time Brokers now affiliated with the company have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) professional designations.  One has earned the e-PRO designation.  Broker experience runs from a minimum of 5 years to 28 years.

Fadness Realty, Inc. is committed to making our community a better place to live for all.  Brokers are involved in City Council, Port Commission, Rotary Club, Lions Club, Chamber of Commerce, Sister Cities Association & various churches.  The parking lot at Fadness Realty, Inc. is a favorite place for non profit organizations to hold fund raising car washes.  Over $3000 is raised each summer by the various groups.
